Legal Information and Terms & Conditions
Accuracy / acceptability
We make every reasonable effort to maintain a high level of accuracy regarding information published in our website. Nevertheless, it is difficult to be perfect, especially where the Internet is involved, and we make no warranty as to the absolute accuracy of content, whether on our part, our contributors or in any other manner whatsoever.
We are in no way responsible for and do not necessarily concur with the content, quality, suitability, opinions or any other factor relating to contributors to our web pages, nor to any such factors within other websites to which we may provide links from time to time.
Communication
We try to answer all correspondence and emails, but this is not always feasible, especially where personal enquiries are concerned. These are often best dealt with in a professional counselling environment, whether astrological or any other kind. We try to help in suggesting a suitable route, but it is not always possible to attend to such correspondence.

Endorsements
Any reading matter, courses, institutions, suggestions, adverts or any other matters of whatever nature mentioned within this website are there purely for informational purposes; it is up to readers to make up their own minds as to the suitability or otherwise of the item for their own specific requirements and to make suitable enquiries to this end.
We do not endorse or make claims for anything in these pages beyond simple presentation for the reader’s consideration, and we cannot be held responsible for consequential damage of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, resulting from use or misuse by the reader. This site and its contents are designed to provide information in regard to the subject matter covered, on the understanding that we are not engaged in rendering legal, health, medical, financial or any other professional services. If expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional should be sought, as the reader’s individual circumstances may require customised solutions for specific issues.
It is impossible on an international website to be aware of all possible national legislation and regulations, let alone to comply with them all. We simply keep to what we consider acceptable UK publishing standards, and any apparent variance from these should be considered as purely unintentional.
Should you encounter significantly objectionable material on our site or through any links on our pages, please let us know so that we can investigate the matter.
Please bear in mind, nevertheless, that acceptability varies substantially from country to country, as does legality. When surfing the Internet, one does so at one’s own behest and must be prepared for a certain measure of variance from one’s personal tastes. Should you still find anything on our website unacceptable, you are at liberty not to visit it.
Laws & Jurisdiction
Our websites, content and information are governed by the Laws of England, and jurisdiction is similarly within the appropriate English context.
Links
We are always interested in dissemination and communication by reciprocal linking and other means. If you wish to establish a cross-link, then please e-mail us (click here), fax or write us with full details.
We nevertheless retain in all instances the right to remove forthwith any links or other references of any kind, with no notice or reason given, should we feel for any reason whatsoever that it would be preferable for us to do so, or if it comes to our attention that any such linked site content is incompatible with our internal policies or principles at any point in time. Any links, references and/or connections of any kind whatsoever established with us are subject to the above conditions, in addition to any other conditions that we may require from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that websites to which we link are not pornographic or otherwise offensive, but we cannot be held responsible in any way for the content of other websites.
Naming conventions
“MBS Professionals Ltd” is also referred to as “MBSP” in its websites. Abbreviations such as “MBSPros” are also used for the sake of convenience.
Privacy
We comply with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Privacy Regulation). For full details, see our Privacy page. In brief, any information collected by us remains confidential. Your details will not be passed on to third parties unless you specifically allow us to do so. Should you wish to be removed from any of our mail lists, please advise us by e-mail, mentioning “remove from mail list” in the subject heading.
Sales
Books and other products may be listed for sale on this site or any other of our sites. Any prices shown are an invitation to treat, and a customer request is considered an offer made by the prospective purchaser. Acceptance only takes place when the offer is accepted by MBSP on its terms and so notified to the purchaser, either by the processing of the request or by any other means of communication considered appropriate to the transaction by MBSP.
Terms of sale are normally shipment after receipt of payment in full by MBSP, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing in advance. Shipment is normally effected within fourteen working days of receipt of payment in full, but occasionally this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. an out-of-stock situation, so the purchaser should allow up to four calendar weeks for delivery. If the delay is unduly extended, we will revert to the purchaser to establish a mutually acceptable course of action, including cancellation of the transaction if so desired by the purchaser.
The foregoing notwithstanding, delivery time will not be of the essence in any transaction.
None of our terms and conditions shall supersede the purchaser’s UK statutory rights in any way.
The purchaser may withdraw from a purchase within seven working days following the date of sale, by giving written notice of cancellation of the order. In such event, MBSP will refund the cost of the order – excluding shipping costs, unless return is due to a clear and categoric oversight on our part – subject to return of the item(s) in original condition and submission of the original purchase invoice. The purchaser will be liable for the cost of returning the items ordered, in original condition, by the same method they were shipped to the purchaser. Should any returned item be received not in original condition, a portion or all of the refund may be retained by us, at our sole discretion.
We will gladly replace or refund the cost of any item found to be faulty in manufacture, if the item is still available and in stock. Such items should be returned to us for examination and replacement. If the item cannot be replaced, the purchaser may elect to be refunded the cost of the item and an appropriate portion of the shipping costs, e.g. if part of a multi-purchase shipment.
However, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss sustained in transit, nor for possible unsuitability of the product, or any other similar situations.
Title to the goods ordered and delivered will pass to the purchaser after receipt of payment in full.
Any waiver or neglect of any terms & conditions by MBSP does not constitute a permanent change in the terms & conditions, or a waiver of MBSP’s rights, or responsibilities of the purchaser, and will not affect the validity of any other part of these terms & conditions, nor will it limit MBSP’s ability subsequently to enforce such rights.
MBSP reserves the right to make immediate changes in the specification of goods or any other content that may be required from time to time in order to conform to UK, European Union or international legislation, statutes or other regulations.
Transactions on our websites are not intended for people under 18 years of age, and we will not knowingly transact or deal with anyone under the age of 18 without prior written and verified permission from their parents or guardians.
